By downloading, installing, or using the TimeUP mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TimeUP ("we," "our," or "us").
TimeUP is a time tracking application designed to help you track work hours, manage projects and tasks, and analyze your productivity. The App offers both free and premium subscription features.
New subscribers may be eligible for a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Note: Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your Apple ID settings.
By using TimeUP, you agree to:
The App, including its design, features, code, graphics, and content, is owned by TimeUP and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of all data you create within the App (projects, tasks, time entries, etc.).
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that:
You use the App at your own risk. We are not responsible for any loss of data that may occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TimeUP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by:
Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TimeUP operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
