Welcome to IPTV Ultimate ("we," "our," or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our IPTV Ultimate application ("App") on iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV.

By using IPTV Ultimate, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Important: IPTV Ultimate is a media player. It does not provide, host, or supply any channels, streams, or other content. You bring your own playlists and provider credentials, and you are solely responsible for the sources you add and your right to access them.

Information We Collect

Data You Provide:

Playlist & Provider Data: The M3U or Xtream Codes playlist URLs, server addresses, usernames, passwords, and EPG (program guide) URLs you enter to load your channels, movies, and series
Library Data: Favorites, watch history, resume positions, wishlist items, custom collections, and hidden categories you create within the app
Preferences: Playback settings, subtitle style, appearance and theme choices, home screen customization, default launch tab, and other app preferences

Automatically Collected Data:

Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version, used for troubleshooting and compatibility
Subscription Status: Anonymous identifiers used to validate your subscription and free trial (see Third-Party Services)

Local-first: All of your playlists, credentials, library data, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store this personal data. Your data remains on your device and in your own iCloud/Apple account.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

Load and display your channels, movies, and series from the playlists you provide
Connect to your IPTV provider to stream the content you request
Fetch and show the electronic program guide (EPG) from the sources you configure
Remember your favorites, watch history, and playback position
Enrich movie and series details with ratings and artwork
Process your subscription purchases and free trial through Apple's App Store
Improve and optimize the app experience
Provide customer support when requested

Streaming & Playlist Data

Purpose: To play your content, IPTV Ultimate connects directly from your device to the IPTV provider, playlist, and EPG servers whose addresses you enter.

Usage: Your provider URLs, credentials, and the streams you watch are sent only to those servers you configured. We do not proxy, intercept, or store this traffic on our own servers, and we do not sell or share it.

Control: You can add, edit, or remove any source at any time. Removing a source deletes its stored credentials from your device.

Photo Library

IPTV Ultimate may request permission to save images to your photo library so you can export posters and artwork. This access is optional, is used only when you choose to export an image, and no photos are read from your library or transmitted anywhere.

Data Storage & Security

Local Storage: Your sources, library data, and preferences are stored on your device using Apple's secure SwiftData framework and the system keychain/user defaults.

Downloads: Any content you download for offline viewing is stored on your device and can be deleted at any time.

Cached Artwork: Posters and images are cached on your device to reduce data usage and speed up browsing.

No Server Storage: We do not operate servers that store your personal playlists, credentials, or library data.

Third-Party Services

IPTV Ultimate uses the following third-party services:

Apple App Store: For processing subscription purchases, free trials, and managing your account
RevenueCat: For subscription management and purchase validation. RevenueCat may collect anonymous device identifiers for this purpose
The Movie Database (TMDB): For movie and series metadata such as ratings, descriptions, and artwork. Only title and year text queries are sent; no personal information is transmitted. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB
Your IPTV Provider & EPG Sources: The playlist, streaming, and program-guide servers you configure are operated by third parties and governed by their own privacy policies

These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access: View all data stored within the app at any time
Export: Export posters and artwork as images
Delete: Remove any or all of your sources, favorites, history, and collections from the app
Manage Subscription: View, change, or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings
Reset Data: Use the reset options in Settings to clear stored data

Since your data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times.

Children's Privacy

IPTV Ultimate is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because the app plays content from sources you provide, it includes a Content Filtering feature so you can hide categories you do not wish to see. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
